Site Options
A range of options are available for your site, all of which can all be added at any time and for a single, one off payment.
No matter how many options or additional pages you have, there is no change to the annual renewal.
Additional pages
You can add extra pages to your site to suit your needs. This could be to promote additional services e.g. Instructor or fleet training, to give more details for intensive courses or for pretty much whatever you need.
£20.00 Downloads facility
If you use handouts or other documents you give to pupils, then you could save time and money by allowing them to download it direct from your site.
The facility allows you upload both PDF and Word documents which are then displayed on the Downloads page on your site. Each has a title that you set and a description which you can edit if required.
A logo appears next to each to indicate whether it is in Word or PDF format and the visitor then clicks the appropriate ones to view and / or download (Word documents have to be downloaded as browsers currently don't support this format directly).
You can optionally set a user name and password to restrict access.
£35.00 Email to SMS
There is always a risk of losing business if you are unable to respond to enquiries from the site quickly enough.
If you are able to receive emails while out teaching then that's not such a problem as you can check these between lessons but if not, you may not not be able to reply for several hours by which time they could have booked with one of your competitors.
The Email to SMS facility helps you respond very quickly by sending the name, telephone number and the first part of their enquiry (this is shortened to avoid multiple texts being required).
Note that this only affects emails sent via your sites' online contact form and not emails sent direct to your email address.
The cost includes 30 text credits and can also be used with the online diary facility
£20.00 FAQ Page
The FAQ page is an interactive list of frequently asked questions on your site.
Although we start you off with just a few fairly generic ones, you can edit these and add as many of your own as you want.
The questions are displayed on the page and the appropriate answer is then shown when the visitor hovers their cursor over the question.
£25.00 Flash animation
We can now offer flash animation to the front page of your site to add extra impact. As Flash cannot be displayed on all mobile devices (notably iPhone and iPad), a static image will be displayed instead when viewed on such a device.
The animation will show the car bouncing in from the top of the page and can include 'Bubbles' with your choice of text. You can supply a photo of your own car or we can use a generic one.

£35.00 Gallery pages for site
The gallery allows you to add pupil comments and to upload an accompanying image. To ensure that page does not take too long to download, 5 images are displayed on a page but new pages are then automatically created as more entries are added.
Once loaded, you can then edit or hide entries as required. This can be used for other applications with some loading images from Google Earth to show particular junctions etc in their area with tips on how they should be approached.
£30.00 Instructor login facility (5 licence)
This facility allows you to add details of upto 5 instructors to your site and can be used for your own instructors but could possibly be used to generate income by offering a page to instructors outside your area. This is also an ideal resource for instructor associations.
The admin controls are simply added to your control panel. The instructors would access this via another control panel on this site.
A new page is added which when opened, randomly lists the instructors basic details (contact info and areas they cover). The visitor then clicks a link to open a page containing full details.
You can set your own preferences
Allow / disable access for instructors to update their own description text (up to 10,000 characters). This can also be set to notify you when they make any changes.

Allow / Disable access to your site statistics
Display a search facility on the instructor page so visitors can see which instructors cover their area.

NB. This is not the same as the resource pages that are included with all sites as standard.
You may want to add links to other sites from yours. if you just want to add one or two then this can normally be done by adding them to your home page, however, if you want more, then you could have a links page added to the site which allows you to add as many as you want.
It is generally considered good practise to keep the number of links to a maximum of 25 per page and if you have more than this, additional pages are created automatically. For security, you simply put the link title, description and the website address in and the site itself sorts the required coding

This is for making one off payments for items and or services.
£0.00 PayPal facility
Allowing online payments gives your pupils an additional option and can also allow their parents to make payments direct. To pay you does not require the pupil to have a PayPal account and all major credit and debit cards can be used.
In order to use this facility, you will need to have a PayPal business account which requires no set up fee. In order to set this up on your site, we will require your 'Unique Merchant ID'.
Once your account is set up, this can be found in the 'Profile' section of the PayPal panel. Standard charge for transactions are 3.4% + 20p / transaction but the rate falls to 2.9% + 20p if taking over £1500 through PayPal each month.
Once a payment has been made, you will receive an email notification. You can then simply go into your PayPal account and withdraw the funds into your specified bank account which normally takes about 3 days.
Once PayPal facility has been set up on your account, any changes to your pricing will be automatically reflected in the PayPal buttons that accompany them.

The special offers page allows you to make a bigger splash of the offers you have on your site.
The offers appear on a separate page to your prices and each can be given a different background, title and font colours.
You can also pre-date offers to be displayed from and to particular dates.
£30.00 Terms & conditions page
You can add a terms and conditions page to your site to make sure your pupils can check your terms.
This is completely editable so you can make it suit your requirements.
We can provide some wording to get you started but please note that this has not been written by anyone with legal training or qualifications and it is entirely your responsibility to ensure that this suits your needs. We can accept no responsibility for any issues arising from the use of this.

You can add a page of pupil comments to the site very easily using the testimonials facility.
By simply adding their name and comments, this will be displayed at the top on the page on the site.
You can then edit or hide them as required.
On request, this can also be set so the comments are displayed in a random order.
